Building, motivating and managing a successful team is perhaps the greatest challenge facing any manager. A motivated team can make the difference between success or failure for an organisation. Effective team building and management is one of the most important goals for any organisation – it is no longer a luxury but should be a mandatory part of all successful organisation’s strategic plan. Key objectives can be met through developing high performance teams.

This course is module 3 of the Management Foundation Programme and can be attended as part of the Foundation programme or separately.
